Debo is a big strong boy who is alert, friendly, and always ready to be on the move. He has lived with other dogs and has had both male and female playmates. He lives for play thrives on physical exercise. As well as he gets along with other dogs, he is a resource guarder which makes living with other dogs difficult. This is one reason he now resides at our shelter. He is not aggressive but he doesnt want to share toys, chews, or other pet-related property, which causes serious problems in a multi-dog home. RCHS therefore recommends that Debo be adopted into a one-dog household, and one with no children, again, because of his resource guarding. Debo is big and strong and needs the guidance and devotion of an experienced dog owner who can see that he gets the physical exercise and attention that he needs. Debo is very sweet and loving, has been trained in some basic commands, and would make a devoted and affectionate companion for the wise and lucky owner.
