Spike is quite handsome, has a lively and curious personality and a zest for life. This boy is a bit of a wild thing - he is still a pup, and is wired to move and to play. Let's go! He definitely needs leash training, but more than anything he needs a human who understands that he has some growing up to do, that he will need plenty of exercise, and consistent and gentle guidance along the way. He is a bit high-maintenance right now, but is very loving and a lot of fun. He may be a bit too rambunctious at this stage to live with small children, but older kids, from 10 up, would have themselves a fun playmate. Or, if you are an active outdoorsman or athlete, Spike would likely be a great jogging buddy or hiking companion. He is a sweetie and would love to meet you. Stop by and let him take you for a walk!
